An Intent to Vacate
A County Road Right of Way:
Old Hadlock Road

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that it
is not in the public interest to retain as county road right of way the portion of the Old Hadlock Road,
County Road Number 527109, described as follows:
That portion of the Old Hadlock Road, County Road No.5271O9, being .)0 feet in width and 575
feet in length lying southerly of the southerly limits of the right of way of Lopeman Road, County
Road No. 527109.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute R,c.W. 36,87.010, same is useless,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and the County Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said road and report his opinion as to whether this county road right of way should be vacated and
abandoned and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board, and that such
report be filed as soon as possible. The hearing date for the proposed vacation is Monday, October 6,
1992, at the hour of 12:00 noon, with the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner in the Public Works
Conference Room, Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington.
