Changing the Name
Of a Private Road

WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be a Private Road; and
WHEREAS, this road has been adopted on to the Private Road Log in the
Jefferson County 911 System; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been petititioned by a
majority of the property owners residing along said road to name the road "Country Ridge
Drive", and
WHEREAS, said proposed name does not conflict with any other road name on
the 911 system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Country Ridge
Drive.
ADOPTED THIS 7 ~ DAY OF ~~" 1992.
