Resolution No. 4-91
WHEREAS, one-half of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's salary is paid by
the State of Washington in accordance with R.C,W, 36,17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the salary
established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOL VED, that the salary for the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney for
calendar year 1991 is forty six thousand and no/100 dollars ($46,000,00) effective as of January 1,
1991,
