NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cotton Construction, Inc, , Demetrius
Katsikapes, President, has filed an application with the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise to construct,
operate and maintain sewer systems authorized under Title 56 RCW, including
those common under Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.015, consisting of installation and
service connections upon, under, over, across and along the rights of way of the
county roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
Those county roads lying East of the Olympic National Park, and outside
the limits of the City of Port Townsend.
The Franchise Application is for a period of twenty-five (25) years,
The Board of County commissionel1~ferson County, State of Washington,
has fixed Monday, the I. day of ., 1991, at the hour of /():3 a.m,
o'clock in the Office ~he County Co iss~oners, Jefferson County court~ouse,
Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said
application. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by order of the
Board. After such hearing the Board will take such action with reference to the
application as the Board shall deem appropriate for the public interest.

BY A CERTIFIED ENGINEERING FIRM AT A LATER DATE.
upon, under, over, across, and along the rights of way of the county
roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
ALL OF EASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY EXCEPTING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PORT
TOWNSEND
None of the roadway over which this franchise is requested is
located within the limits of any incorporated city or town.
The Applicant hereby requests that the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS fix a time and place for hearing this application and
cause the Auditor of said County to give public notice thereof in the
manner provided by law, and that upon such hearing the Board make
and enter a proper order granting to this Applicant, its successors and
assigns, the franchise rights herein applied for.
