Vacation of a Portion
Of Station Prairie Road

WHEREAS, this matter came to be heard on the seventeenth day of September,
1990, upon the reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works Department with
respect to the vacation set forth in "Intent to Vacate", Jefferson County Resolution No.
91-90, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing
has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of
such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine
that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED: that the
portion of the Station Prairie Road described as follows: that portion of the Station Prairie
Road lying within the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 28, Township
30 North, Range 1 West, W,M., and lying southerly of the southerly limits of Woodland
Drive and easterly of the easterly limits of Cottonwood Court in the subdivision of
Woodland Hills, as shown on a survey recorded on Page 65, Volume 13 of surveys,
records of Jefferson County, State of Washington, BE, AND THE SAME IS HEREBY
VACATED AND ABANDONED pursuant to RCW 36.87,140,
