RESOLUTION NO, 32-91
INCREASING THE PETTY CASH FUND
FOR THE JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an increase in the Petty Cash Fund for the Health Department is
necessitated in order to help defray the cost of various office expenses when cash is required
and to better the efficiency of office operations; and
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary, after monitoring the needs of the
Department for such a fund, that the Petty Cash Fund be increased from $50.00 established
by Resolution No. 14-91 (Passed March 4, 1991) to $100.00 and that the cash box reserve
be increased from $30.00 to $80.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that the County Treasurer be, and she
is hereby authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $100.00 payable to the
Jefferson County Health Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that the subject matter hereof is one to meet needs
and this resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice of hearing.
