WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be a County Road; and
WHEREAS, the following road is maintained at public expense; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has established a 911 emergency response system for
uniform ally numbering properties and structures; and
WHEREAS, all agencies within the 911 system and all property owners addressed
along Beach Road, County Road No. 580609, refer to said road as Beach Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has identified this to be a potential
hazard to the health, safety, and welfare of said residents;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road name shall be changed as
follows:
