RESOLUTION NO. 45-91
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has not completed the
selection process for the office of the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS, the effective date of the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner Ordinance,
No. 1-0318-91, is the 15th day of May, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the selection committee and the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners cannot adequately review the statements of candidates, conduct interviews, and
complete contractual negotiations before the above mentioned effective date;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the effective date of the Jefferson
County Hearing Examiner Ordinance, No, 1-0318-91, shall be deferred until June 17, 1991.
