TO: Board of Jefferson County Commissioners Auditor's O&M Request for Budget Transfer, Department RE: June 6, 1991 (Date) Gentlemen: Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current f9~Fet it appears that an adjustment should be made within the Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request the following transfer(s): Transfer From: (BARS Account Number and Title) 13450 49.10 Microfilming 64.10 Reader/Printer (1,500.00) (6,000.00) Transfer TO: (BARS Account Number and Title) 13450 49.20 Microfilming (Special Project) 7,500.00 Reason For Transfer(s): Upon preparation of the 1991 budget, the need for a breakdown of the weekly microfilming and project microfilming was unforseen. For tracking purposes, a special line item is needed for each purpose, The overall project cost was not expected to exceed what was budgeted, but as the project progressed, it came to our attention that the project was larger than anticipated'~~4~ v ( i1¡ted~~Y:) V 4£e~~~ -/ .
