WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be a County Road; and
WHEREAS, the following road is maintained at public expense; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has identified a potential safety
problem with Beach Drive, as there are exact duplicates in the 911 system; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been petititioned by a
majority of the local citizens in the area to name said road "Beachcrest Lane",
and
WHEREAS, said proposed name does not conflict with any other road name on
the 911 system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road name shall be changed
follows:
