WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be County Roads; and
WHEREAS, the following road is maintained at public expense; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has identified a potential safety
problem with Alder Ln. as there is an exact name match on the 911 system Private
Road Log, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been petititioned by a
majority of the local citizens residing in the area, to name said road "Alderview
Lane", and
WHEREAS, said proposed name does not conflict with any other road name on
the 911 system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road name shall be changed as
follows:
