County Hearing Examiner}
Ordinance, No, 1-0318-91, }
RESOLUTION NO. .64,~,91,_,--
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners
has not completed the selection process for the off ice of the
Jefferson County Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS, the effective date of the Jefferson County Hearing
Examiner Ordinance, No. 1-0318-91, is the 17th day of June, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the selection commi ttee and the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners adequately review the statements of
candidates, conduct interviews, and complete contractual
negotiations before the above mentioned effective date;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the effective date of the
Jefferson County Hearing Examiner Ordinance, No, 1-0318-91, shall
be deferred until August 5, 1991.
ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1991,
