In the Matter of Establishing
A New Starting Time for the
Regular Public Meetings of
the Board of County Commissioners

RESOLUTION NO, 71-91
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners have
established that their regular meetings (per RCW 36.32.080), are held the first four
Mondays of every month, beginning at 10:00 a.m., and
WHEREAS, it has become apparent due to the number of appointments
and meetings that require at least one of the Commissioners attendance, that a time
is needed for the Board members to share information and discuss County business,
and
WHEREAS, after review of the Commissioners meeting agenda and
weekly schedules, it was felt that changing the starting time for the regular meeting
would best accommodate this need;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that the starting time for the
regularly scheduled public meetings of the Board of County Commissioners is changed
to 9:00 a,m. effective July 15,1991.

FRANK W. G ARRED, being sworn, says he is the publisher
of the Port Townsend Jefferson County Leader, a weekly
newspaper which has been established, published in the
English language and circulated continuously as a weekly
newspaper in the town of Port Townsend in said County and
State, and for general circulation in said county for more
than six (6) months prior to the date of the first publication
of the Notice hereto attached, and that the said PortTownsend
Jefferson County Leader was on the 27th day of June 1941
approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court of said
Jefferson County and that annexed is a true copy of the
Jefferson County
