',,¡.,3)5¿: i\¿';;..~~7 "i l' "t 2,,'10 "--,:J- '~ORDS STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON 9It~ ¡~dl lie t - ': h,ì i2: 56 In the matter of x '-,'" ~ RESOLUTION NO. 85-91 Vacation of a Portion of Sixth Avenue in Irondale x x WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a road vacation petition submitted by JANICE STAHL; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on the road vacation petition on March 11, 1991; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered testimony of the public, comments from applicable departments, agencies and offices, and recommendation from the Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson County Planning Commission at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners determined at the public hearing that the public will benefit from the vacation of a portion of the road and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and other applicable plans, policies or ordinances; and WHEREAS, compensation required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85 has been met, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87,140 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85: that portion of the right of way of Sixth Avenue being 35 feet in width by approximately 220 feet in length adjoining Block 17 of lrondale No.1, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 125 of Plats, Records of Jefferson County, State of Washington.
