RESOLUTION NO.87-91
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus property, and
WHEREAS, each of the several departments within the County's jurisdiction have
indicated a need to dispose of such surplus, as indicated on the attached list of surplus
equipment for sale at public auction dated September 28, 1991 attached and made a part of
this Resolution, and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 36,34.020 requires that this intention should be published with
a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County Property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly
describing the property proposed to be sold and designating the place where, the day and
hour, when the hearing will be held for such consideration.
