RESOLUTION NO, 88-91
APPOINTING A DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD
TO SERVE THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the Resolution No. 73-81 provides for the Board of
Commissioners to appoint a Clerk of the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Board is occasionally out of the office and
the duties of the Clerk are on-going and must be maintained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Julie Matthes, who is
employed directly by the Commissioner's Office, be appointed to serve as Deputy
Clerk of the Board of the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners, in accordance
with Resolution No. 73-81, As Deputy Clerk of the Board she shall assist with the
Clerk's duties in the Clerk's absence or with the Clerk's permission, perform those
duties. Such appointment shall be effective August 26, 1991.
