In the Matter of Findings and}
Determination: Sale of Surplus}
County Personal Property }
Resolution No. 89-91
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property belonging to Jefferson
County have been identified by various department heads as no longer required
for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, notice of a hearing on the proposal to dispose of County
property to be held on Monday, September 9, 1991, at the hour of 11 :45 a,m.
has been given in compliance with R.C.W. 36.34.020 and .030; and
WHEREAS, hearing on the proposal to sell County property has
been held and all evidence offered for and against the propriety and advisability
of such sale has been considered by the Board of County Commissioners;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that sale of those items
listed on the attached inventory is authorized and approved.
IT IS FURTHER REsOL VED, that said sale of County personal
property shall be held on the 28th day of September, 1991 at the hour of 10:00
a.m., at the Port Hadlock County Road Maintenance Shop, and that notice of the
said sale be given in accordance with R.C.W. 36.34.090 and .100.
