WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be a Private Road; and
WHEREAS, this road has been adopted on to the Private Road Log in the
Jefferson County 911 System; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been petititioned by a
majority of the local citizens residing along said road to name the road
"Windridge Road", and
WHEREAS, said proposed name does not conflict with any other road name on
the 911 system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Windridge Road.

response
to
your
request
to
have
the
name
changed
on
Sherwood
Forest
Road,
I
do
not
object
to
Mr.
Co1itses
selection of a name.
I do object to the ridiculous process that I was submitted to
in the first place,
and the time taken here at this meeting
wasting the taxpayers money solving a problem that could have
been avoided in the first place with some smallest flicker of
common sense.
Is it so hard to ask him in
the first place?
We are at the point of absurdity. You ask me to name the road
because I can't go any further in the process of getting my
paperwork through the county; so I pick a name, reluctantly.
Then you go there and decide that maybe someone who has

should have a say in the process.
I mean gentlemen, there is something rotten in the courthouse,
there
are
so
many
instances of lack of common sense it is
absurd, and this process is a classic example.
How much time will it take of our funds to figure this out?
How many hours of governmental administrative bureaucratic
gobbledygook
will
