Budget for the
PARK & RECREATION DISTRICT #1

Resolution No. 97-91
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners have entered into an agreement with the
Park & Recreation District #1 for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a community center;
and
WHEREAS, the County will contribute forty thousand dollars ($40,000) toward the construction of the
facility and staff resources in the amount of forty thousand eight hundred thirty nine dollars ($40,839); and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that it is necessary to establish a fund
for the Coyle Community Center Project, and a budget be established in the amount of eighty thousand eight
hundred thirty nine dollars ($80,839), and is for the best interests of Jefferson County that the fund be
established.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Coyle Community Center Project fund be
established, and that the Jefferson County Treasurer transfer eighty thousand eight hundred thirty nine dollars
($80,839) from the Capital Improvement Fund to the Coyle Community Center Project Fund.
