RESOLUTION NO. 97A-91
--
Appointment of Deputy Coroners
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Coroner was authorized by
RCW 36.16.030, 36.16.070 and Resolution 98-78 to appoint Deputy
Coroners to assist him in performing the duties of that office; and
WHEREAS,
Sgt.
Dick Pierce,
Sgt.
Kenneth Smelcer and
Trooper Thomas Anderson are members of the Washington State Patrol
and Kenneth D .
Sukert and Robert M. Haynes are duly appointed
deputies of the Jefferson County Sheriff and as such would be
desirable persons to assist the Jefferson County Coroner, Now,
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the appointment of Sgts.
Pierce and Smelcer, Trooper Anderson and Deputies Sukert and Haynes
are hereby approved by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners.
