Vacation of Certain Portions
Of Point Whitney Road

WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard on the Twentieth day of May, 1991,
upon the reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works Department with
respect to the vacation set forth in "Intent to Vacate", Jefferson County Resolution
No. 37-91, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of
hearing has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by
law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board
having the other evidence adduced and being fully advised in the premises, does now
find and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED: that those
dedicated and usage portions of the Point Whitney Road, County Road Number
275908, described as follows: from Engineer's Sta. 83+00 to Sta. 90+37.27 and from
Sta. 116 + 22.48 to Sta. 123 + 33.87 lying outside the right of way as shown in the plans
for county road project CR0528, approved April 1, 1985, said plans being on file in the
office of the Department of Public Works, Jefferson County, Washington State, BE,
AND THE SAME ARE HEREBY VACATED AND ABANDONED pursuant to RCW
36.87.140.
