The Bayshore Motel x
Resolution No. 4-90
WHEREAS, the establishment of a Petty Cash Fund for the Bayshore Motel is
necessitated in order to make minor purchases and make change for users of the
motel; and
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary that a Petty Cash Fund be established
in the amount of $500,00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $500.00 payable to the
Jefferson County Public Works Department for the purpose of establishing a Petty
Cash Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to meet needs and
this resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice of
hearing.
