RESOLUTION NO. 16 -90

Vacation of CoP. Ferry )
Plat. )
WHEREAS, the Boundaries and Plats Act (Chapter 58.17.212 RCW) permits
the vacation of lots, blocks, and streets of recorded subdivision plats; and
WHEREAS, the C.P. Ferry Plat was filed with the Jefferson County
Auditor on October 5, 1871 in Volume 1, Page 11, of Plats, records of
Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to Jefferson County to vacate
all lots, blocks, and streets for the entirety of the C.P. Ferry Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Commission has recommended
vacation of the C.P. Ferry Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners finds the
vacation of all lots, blocks, and streets within said Plat to be in the
interest of the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the C.P. Ferry Plat be vacated in
its entirety, and further that said Plat vacation be noted upon the original
plat by the Jefferson County Auditor.
