RESOLUTION NO. 19-90
1990 BUDGET TRANSFERS
HUMAN SERVICES (Substance Abuse) DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Human Services - Substance Abuse
Department has requested budget transfers in order to balance their 1990
Budget of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other categories
within their budgets to allow the requested transfers; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be and she is hereby
authorized to make the transfers as requested on the attached forms for the
Humans Services - Substance Abuse Department for their 1990 budget.
APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1990.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
1990 Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
the following transfer(s):

566.00.10.70 Chemical Dependency Counselor-SP - $10,000
Transfer TO:
(BARS Account Number and Title)
566.00.10.600 Clerk Hire - $10,000
Reason For Transfer(s):
C.D. Counselor resigned - replaced with temporary clerk hire.
position will remain vacant until revenue source becanes stable.
Clerk Hire position will also be increased to hire part-time clerical-5 hrs per week.
