IN THE MATTER OF
RESOLUTION NO. 20 -90

WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a
lot line vacation petition submitted by Frank Bonipart; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners held a public
hearing on the lot line vacation petition on February 5, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered
testimony of the public, comments from applicable departments, agencies and
offices and recommendation from the Jefferson County Planning and Building
Department at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners determined at
the public hearing that the public will benefit from the vacation of the lot
lines and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County Comprehensive
Plan and other applicable plans. policies or ordinances; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated pursuant
to RCW 58.17.212: Lots 3 through 13. Block 9, Woodman Plat, recorded in
Volume 2, Page 114 of plats, records of Jefferson County, State of
Washington.
