28-90
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION/EXTENSION
HOTEL/MOTEL TAX FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did on
the 12th day of February, 1990 declare that an emergency existed
to provide the total sum of $6,000.00 to the Hotel/Motel Fund
budget and to set a hearing on said emergency for the 26th day of
February, 1990, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that due
to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund balance
of the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund, that the County Auditor be, and she
is hereby authorized to extend the budget of the Hotel/Motel Tax
Fund by $6,000.00.
APPROVED this 26th day of February, 1990.
