In the Matter of Vacation of
Lots 1-10 Block 1,
Lots 1-11 Block 2,
Lots 1-22 Block 3 and
Lots 1-20 Block 4 of
the Seeleys Addition to
Fowlers Park Plat
RESOLUTION NO. 50-90
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has
reviewed a lot vacation petition submitted by Richard and
Jacqueline Rickard; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners held
a public hearing on the lot vacation petition on May 14, 1990; and
WHEREAS, The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
considered testimony of the public, comments from applicable
departments I agencies and off ices, and recommendation from the
Jefferson County Planning and Building Department at the public
hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
determined that the public use and interest will be served by the
lot vacation and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County
Comprehensive Plan and other applicable plans, policies or
ordinances;
NOW,i THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following be
vacated and abþndoned pursuant to RCW 58.17.212: lots 1 through 10
Block 1, lots 1 through 11 Block 2, lots 1 through 22 Block 3, and
lots 1 through 20 Block 4 of Seeleys Addition to Fowlers Park as
recorded in Volume 2, Page 106 of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, State of Washington.
