NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jefferson CountyÞublic'Utility District No.
1 has filed an application with the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, Washington, for a franchise to construct, operate and maintain water main
facilities, authorized under Title 56 RCW, including those common under Title
56 and ~7 per 56.20.015, consisting of installation and service connections
upon, under ,over, across and along the rights of way of the county roadS of
Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly described as fo:}.lows:
Those county roads lying in the following sections, all of which are
located in Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.H.: Sections 8, 17, 18, 20,
22, 27, and 28; the North 1/2 of Sections 19, 29, and 34; the South 1/2
of Section 21; the East 1/2 of Section 33; and the West 1/2 of the West
1/2 of Section 9. -
The Franchise Application is for a period of twenty-five '(25) years.
The ßoard of counJ./'f""'1ssi_ra of Jofforson County, Stato of Washington,
has fixed Monday, the, day of §IIA,JE;;- , 1990, at the hour of Jð:~c a.m.

application. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by order of the

application as the Board shall deem appropriate for the public interest,

None of the roadway over which this franchise is request-
ed is located within the limits of any incorporated city or
town.
The Applicant hereby requests that the BOARD OF
COUNlY COMMISSIONERS fix a time and place for hearing
this application and cause the Auditor of said County to give
public notice thereof in the manner provided by law, and
that upon such hearing the Board make and enter a proper
order granting to this Applicant, its successors and assigns,
the franchise, rights herein applied for.
