NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gary Bandy has filed an application with the
Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise
to construct, operate and maintain a 2" sewer line, authorized under Title 56
RCW, including those common under Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.015, consisting of
installation and service connections upon, under, over, across and along the
rights of way of the county roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
Gardiner Beach Road within the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township
30N, Range 2 West, W.M., beginning at the East line of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 27 and extending westerly therefrom a distance of
400 feet.
The Franchise Application is for a period of twenty-five (25) years.
The Board of County Commissione s of Jefferson County, State of Washington,
has fixed Monday, the ~ day of ~p 1990, at the hour of j{¡; i1,1 a.m,
o'clock in the Office of the County ommissioners, Jefferson County Courthouse,
Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said
application. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by order of the
Board. After such hearing the Board will take such action with reference to the
application as the Board shall deem appropriate for the public interest.

Application to the County Commissioners of Jefferson
County. Washington. for a franchise to construct. operate. and
maintain a sewer line ÇQnsisting of
275 feet of 2"$1 Sch. 40 PVC effluent transport pipe
upon. under. over. across. and along the rights of way of the
county roads of Jefferson County. Washington. more particu-
larly described as follows. to-wit:
Gardiner Beach Road within the Southwest One-quarter of Section
27, Township 30N, Range 2W, W.M., beginning at the East line
of the Southwest One-quarter of said Section 27 and extending
Westerly there from a distance of 400.00 feet.
None of the rĊdway over which this franchise is request-
ed is located within the limits of any incorporated city or
town.
The Applicant hereby requests that the BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS fix a time and place for hæring
this application and cause the Auditor of said County to give
public notice thereof in the manner provided by law. and
that upon such hearing the Board make and enter a proper
order granting to this Applicant. its successors and åssigns.
the franchise rights herein applied for.
