¡WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners have
entered iqto an agreement with the Washington State Department of
Ecology for a loan in the amount of the two hundred thousand
dollars ($1200,000.00) to be used to correct non-point source water
pollution Iproblems; and

,WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Commissioners that
it is necessary to provide a budget for this program in the amount
of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00); and

RESOLUTION NO. 61-90

~REAS, this budget account expenditure will be
reimburseq by Washington State Department of Ecology up to the full
amount of ¡the agreement with said agency; and
I
~, said program and budget is in the best interest
of the cit,izens of Jefferson County;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a budget of one
hundred thpusand dollars ($100,000.00) be established and that the
Jefferson 'County Treasure establish a Water Quality Improvement
Loan Fund ,to receive said monies.
