RESOLUTION NO. 62-90
WHEREAS, on May 16, 1990, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
adopted Resolution 51-90, establishing Interim Provisions concerning large
lot subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of this Board that
certification by the Jefferson County Treasurer as to payment of taxes was
inadvertently omitted from the Interim Provisions; and
WHEREAS, said certification is necessary to ensure that taxes and
delinquent assessments for which the property is liable, if any, are
satisfied prior to subdivision;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Interim Provisions be amended
as follows:
Section 7.601 Subdivision Checklist: (Correct second sentence, first
paragraph to read as follows)
" Said checklist shall provide iror the certirication by the
Jerrerson Oounty Treasurer that the taxes and/or delinquent
assessments ror which the property is liable are paid;
approval or the Jerrerson Oounty Health Department ror on-site
sewage disposal or statement or waiver; approval or the
Jerrerson Oounty Public Works Department ror drainage/erosion
control and roadway constructions; and approval by the
Jerrerson Oounty Plf .nning and Building Department as to
environmental review, when required, and overall compliance
wi th the provisions or this section."

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Large Lot Subdivision Certification
Checklist (Attachment B) be amended to include the following:
