WHER~~, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to establish the name of a c~:tain private road located
in Section 17, Township 30 North, Range '11 West, W.M., as shown on
attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owner~ using said road are in
agreement regarding the name, 1
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that th road shall be named
