Riverside Addition to Irondale x
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has
reviewed a road vacation petition submitted by Richard and Lynda
Spindor; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of commissioners held a
public hearing on the road vacation petition on June 26, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson county Board of Commissioners
considered testimony of the public, comments trom applicable
departments, agencies and offices, and recommendation from the
Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson county
Planning Commission at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
determined at the public hearing that the public will 'benefit from
the vacation of a portion of the road and such vacation complies
with the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and other applicable
plans, policies or ordinances; and
WREREAS, compensation required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120 and
Jefferson county Road Vacation ordinance No. 3-85 has been met,

MOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated
and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140 and, Jefferson CountY'Road
Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85: that portion of unopened platted
Elèventh Avenue being 50 feét wide by 200 feet long lying between
Blocks 1 and 2 of the plat of Riverside Addition to Irondale, as
recorded in Volume 2, Page 138 of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, state of Washington.
