In the Matter of: STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON x Resolution No. 79-90 Establishing the Name x For certain Private Roads: ~ Seahawk Drive x WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of co:nunissioners has been petitioned to estaÞlish the name of certain private roads located in Section 32, Township 26 North, Range 1 West, W.H., as shown on attached Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said roads are in agreement regarding the names, , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEP, that the roads shall be named Seahawk Drive.
