Intent to enter into x
inter local agreements with x
the City of Port Townsend x
and Jefferson County Public x
utility District #1 x
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County Public
utility District #1, and JefferSon County has agreed to jointly
participate in an integrated data management system, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 39.34 R.C.W., the Interlocal' cooperation Act
authorizes interlocal agreements,

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Jefferson County intends to enter into
interlocal agreements with the city of Port Townsend and
Jefferson County Public utility District'l according to terms
and conditions stated in the inter local agreements.
