Ridgeview Drive, and x
Cottonwood Court x
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commi~s1oners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the
County R.oad SY$tem:
Those roads known as Woodland Drive (m.p. 0.00 to 1.29). Sleepy Hollow R.oad
(m.p. 0.00 to 0.08), Marilyn Court (m.p, 0.00 to 0.13), Ridgev!ew Drive
(m.p. 0.00 to 0.25), and Cottonwood Court (m.p. 0.00 to 0.17), lying in
the subdivision of Woodland Hills, which is located in the Southwest
quarter of Section 27, the Southeast quarter of Section 28, the Northeast
quarter of Section 33. an4 the Northwest quarter of Section 34, all in
Township 30 Nortb" Range 1 Weat, W.K.,
and in contemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W. 36.81.010,
NOW tHEREFORE, BE IT USOLVED that this Board of County Commissioners does
now declare its intention to establish said róad$. and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed
to examine said roads and report bis opinion as to whether these roads are
practicable, as to the necessity of the roads, as to the proper terminal points,
general course and length thereof, a.nd all other facts, matters and things which
will be of importance to the Board;, and that suoh reports be filed as soon as
possible.
