RESOLUTION NO. 91-90

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is not in the publio interest to· retain as county road right of
way:
That portion of the Station Prairie Road lying within the Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 30 North, Range 1 WØ$t, W.M.,
and tying southerly of the southerly limits of Woodland Drive and easterly of
Airport Cutoff Road, EXCEPT that' portion Iyfng within the limits of Cottonwood
Court, tn the subdivision of Woodland Hills, Jefferson County, State of
Washington,
and in contemplation of the language of the statute R.C.W. 36.87.010, same is
useless,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and the County Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this county road
right of way should be vacated and abandoned and aU other facts, matters and
things which wUl be of importance to the Board, and that such report be filed as
soon as possible. The hearing date for the proposed vacatiOn is ~ /4 / if ¿ t
1990, at the hour of {/~ A "1_.M., in the CommIssioners' Chambers:- Courthouse,
Port Townsend, Washington.
