NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Interstate Cab1e, Inc., has fil6çt an application with the Board
of CountyÒOmmlssloners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise to oonstruct, operate and
maintain a cable televl$lon systém, authQrlzedunder Title ~6 RCW, Including ttJose common under
Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.01~, consisting of Installation and service connectlo~ upon, under, over,
across and along the rights Of way of the county roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
those county roads tying East of the Olympic Natlons.1 Forest's West boundary, and outside
the -city Umits of the City of Port Townsend.
The Franchise Application Is for a period of twenty-five (25) years,
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of WashingtOn, l1as fixed
Monday, the -2át~y of September, 19~, at the hour of 10:30 a.m. o'clock In the OffiCe of the
County Commissioners, JeffersOn County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and
place for the hearing on said aþpllcatlon. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by
order 6f the-Board. After such hearing the Board will take such actiOn with reference to the
application as the Board s~1I <;Ieem appropriate for the public interest.
