RESOLUTION NO 103-90,
Intent to enter into x
inter local agreements with x
the counties of Pacific, x
Cowlitz,Grays Harbor,Lewis, x
Mason,Thurston and Wahkiakum x
WHEREAS 3efferson County desires to join with existing signatories
to the Southwest Washington Inter-County Solid Waste Advisory Board
and participate in a joint Solid Waste Management Study, and
WHEREAS it appears to be in the public interest that 3efferson
County become a member of the Southwest Washington Inter-County
Solid Waste Advisory Board; and '
WHEREAS Chapter 39.34 R.C.W. the Interlocal Cooperation Act
authorizes inter local agreements,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that 3efferson County intends to enter into
inter local agreements with the counties of Pacific,Cowlitz,Grays
Harbor,Lewis,Mason,Thurston and Wahkiakum according to terms and
conditions stated in the inter local agreements.
