RESOLUTION NO. 114-90
Temporary Restriction of x
Traffic on Teal Lake Road, x
County Road No. 505309 x
WHEREAS, planned construction work on Teal Lake Road, County Road No.
505309, shall cause interruption and unavoidable delays to traffic, and
WHEREAS, as potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction
workers, and
WHEREAS, alternate routes are available to the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorized closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Teal Lake Road from milepost 0.14 to milepost
1.48 be closed to all traffic, commencing after December 1, 1990, and terminating
December 20, 1990, or until such earlier date that it is determined to be safe for traffic,
and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the closure shall extend from 7:00a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Monday through Friday only.
ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1990.
