BUDGET APPROPlUATIOJIS
VAlUOQS COUllTYÐEPARTMBlfTS
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did, on the
27th day of December, 1988, declare that an emergency existed to provide the
total sum of $27,665.00 for the Board of Equalization, Civil Service
Commission, Clerk, Juvenile Detention, and Non-Departmental budgets, and set
a hearing on said emergency for the 17th day of January, 1989, at the hour
of 10:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and no
objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that
due to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund balance of the
Current Expense Fund, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to extend the budgets of the above noted depa1:'tments by the
amounts so specified on the attached requests.

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that the amount allocated in BARS Account No.
