Garden Club Road

WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard on the 6th day of February, 1989, upon the
reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works Department with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Intent to Vacate", Jefferson County Resolution No, 70-86, and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and
published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced and
being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED :
That portion of the Garden Club Road, County Road Number 585809 as shown on attached
"Exhibit A" and designated "Parcel B", in Section 5, Township 29 North, Range 1 East, W,M.,
Jefferson County, State of Washington be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned
pursuant to RCW 36.87.140.
