Marianne Walters, County Clerk I I 1 FROM: RE: Clerk Hire Our office has had the pleasure of employing a young lady from high school to do our microfilming on an hourly basis. She does excellent work and is a real asset to our office. This lett~r is to request of the Board of County Commissioners permission to allocate $500.00 of my budget to allow me to keep Shawna Kay Smith employed in that capacity for the remainder of 1989. Shawna only works two days a week from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and at minimum wage. The $500.00 would allow me to keep her on the microfilming project for the rest of the year. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you if you should have any questions or comments. Thank you for your consideration of this.
