RESOLUTION NO.
16-89
ESTABLISHMENT OF A PETTY CASH FUND
FOR THE JEFFERSON COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the establishment of a Petty Cash Fund for the Assessor's
Office is necessitated in order to help defray the cost of various office
expenses when cash is required and to better the efficiency of office
operations; and
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary that a Petty Cash Fund be
established in the amount of $50.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and
she is hereby authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $50.00
payable to the Jefferson County Assessor 's Office for the purpose of
establishing a Petty Cash Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this resolution shall be in force and take effect without
further ,notice of hearing.

In order to better the efficiency of office operations, I ask that you
establish through resolution a petty cash fund for the Office of the
Assessor in the amount of $50.00 to be issued out of our office supply
fund 31.0010.
