1989 BUDGET TRABSFERS

WHEREAS, the .Jefferson County .Juvenile and Family Court Services
and County Clerk Departments have requested budget transfers in order to
balance their 1989 Budget of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other categories
within their budget to allow the requested transfers; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Audi tor be and she is hereby
authorized to make the transfers per the attached:

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget,
it appears that an adjustment should be made within the Juv & Fam CrtBudget
of Expenditures for the above-named department,.
Due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget
of this department to permit the necessary adjustment(sl, I hereby request

I am wanting to identify program costs as specifically as possible. Therefore, I have
asked that line items be built in the Travel category to charge Diversion and Guardian
ad Litem costs against. The amounts to be transferred into the new categories are being
moved from the generic Travel category and thus do not represent any 'new' allocations
into Travel expenditures.
