REARIRG NOTICE
PROPOSED BUDGET APPROPRIATIOJlS
VARIOUS COUJn'Y OFFICES
WHEREAS, various 3efferson County Offices have insufficient funds
in their 1989 Budget of Expenditures to cover additional expenditures in the
amount of $78,490.32 which were not anticipated at the time of preparing
their said budgets; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of 3efferson County Commissioners
that a need and emergency exists as could not have been foreseen or
contemplated at the time of making the budgets for 1989 and it is necessary
to meet such need and emergency and is for the best interests of 3efferson
County that the appropriations be made; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared,
appropriations be made for the 3efferson County Offices listed below in
amounts so stated, for the purpose of making the proper adjustments to
1989 Current Expense Budgets:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on said
emergency appropriations and that said hearing be held in the County
Commissioners' Chambers, Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, on the 15th
day of May, 1989, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. and that notice of said hearing
be published in the official newspaper of 3efferson County, and that at said
hearing any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the
appropriation for such alleged emergency.
