STATE 9F WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON In the Matter of: x Resolution No. 38-89 Establishing Names x For Certain Private x Roads: Bywater Way, x Bridgeview Place, Park x View Lane, and Hood's x View Court x WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been petitioned to establish the names of certain private roads located in section 35, Township 28 North, Range 1 East, W.M., as shown on attached Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said roads are in agreement regarding the names, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the roads shall be named Bywater Way, Bridgeview Place, Park View Lane, and Hood's View Court.
