RESOLUTION NO. 40-89 ORDER BUDGET APPROPRIATION VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Commissioners did, on the 1st day of May, 1989, declare that an emergency existed to provide the total sum of $78,490.32 for the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund, Superior Cou,rt, Sheriff, and Planning and Building Department Budgets and set a hearing on said emerg~ncy for the 15th day of May, 1989, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.; and WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund balance of the Current Expense Fund to allow for the emergency appropriation, that the .1efferson County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budget by the amOl1,nt of $1,000.00, the Superior Court budget by the amount of $61,500.00, and the Sheriff's Department budget by $10,190.32, all per the attached requests. After further review of their budget the Planning Department has withdrawn their request for a budget appropriation at this time.
