RESOLUTION NO. 66 -89
APPOINTMENT OF A DEPUTY CORONER
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Coroner was authorized by
Resolution No. 87 -78 to appoint Deputy Coroners to assist him in
performing the duties of that office; and
WHEREAS, MARK HUTH is a duly appointed deputy of the
Prosecuting Attorney and as such is familiar with the duties of
the Coroner; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the appointment of MARK
HUTH as Jefferson County Deputy Coroner is hereby approved by the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners.
