WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard on the 21st day of August, 1989,
with respect to the name change set forth in "Intent to Change Name", Jefferson
~ounty Resolution No. 63-89, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been published, and said Board having
the other evidence adduced and being fully advised in the premises, does now
find and determine that the public will be benefited by the name change thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is
of Hadlock shall be changed to Port Hadlock,
official documents, maps, and road signs,
ORDERED this ::l1J- day of

to be effective on all future
